Why the Black Edition GPU if you are not at all in OCing ?

Save the money and get the A8 3850 / A6 3650 .

For the motherboard I'll recommend A75 FCH based motherboard instead of the lower end A55, MSI has a lower priced alternative http://www.msi.com/p.../A75MA-G55.html

For the ram part I'll recommend atleast 1600Mhz ram, since Llano IGP is directly working with system memory for data transaction the higher speed memory will help you chain more performance.

On the cabinet front I'll recommend you to grab the Corsair 400R or something from Lancool stable, the K62 now retails for ~4.5k. Guardian is only gimmicky nothing else.
