Lol no. Cousin visited India and saw something similar he had on way.
Never saw that kind of t-shirts in India, hence question.

I see horror movies not a lot but my wife tries to frighten me sometimes during night time and if you appear before me wearing these glow in the dark shirts then my soul will leave me once and maybe come back again.

Ample! Its not new seeing them since 2k16 or so. Easily available on streets and local shops too. Were also available or amazon/myntra and then jabong but unsure on which exact platform saw them..
Theres one more variant when your tee gets wet or something the graphics or color change as well.
