I am planning to install Artificial grass in my 2nd floor balcony, the size will be 20x3 
As of now , the flooring is done with tiles.
Do anyone of you have experience with artificial grass, its maintenance, pros and cons ?
The balcony is open, and it will get sunlight for 1-2 hr max, and all day will remain exposed to nature's cold/hot/dry air
