Asrock b450 pro4 issues.

Hi, i recently got this board from fellow FM, this board was sent to rma by FM as it was not working, asrock (inspirisys) returned the board saying no fault, after that the board was sent to me.

I tested the board, i found cpu fan was not spinning up. The gpu and psu fan spins, no error beep of any sort, so i submitted the board again to the. They have shared video board is working fine.

The components used by me are pulled from working pc ( asus 270x gpu, corsair cx 550 psu, crucial ballistix ddr4 ram).

Did you cross check bios revision on the motherboard with the CPU support list?

how can i do that when i could not boot up ? Anyways the sent a different board this time. and it worked after intial hiccups.

ASRock motherboards have the bios revision on the motherboard as a sticker over the BIOS chip:

Yes , but thats when it comes out of box. And the board i had was used one, sent for rma and comeback from rma, no way of knowing whats the bios.
