One can get a kickass 12th gen processor+B660 Mobo and 8 Gb of RAM in this budget [30K]. Newer generation , with warranty and with future upgrade path.

You need to be realistic mate. Guys who are looking for a LGA 1151 motherboard must be looking for one as their own mobo must be having some issues. And they dont want to spend 20-30K on the upgrade. They are looking for cheaper ways to keep using their hardware. Not everyone needs the latest spanking CPU.

Anyway its your item and its your price. I was genuinely looking for LGA 1151 motherboard but definitely NOT at this price. GLWS

It's a 6generation old motherboard. Would suggest you look at pricing of other 6/7th gen boards (if any are listed in market) and price it accordingly. But if you want to use that single Amazon listing as pricing guidance, then GLWS.

Well this was close to ₹14K when purchased brand new around the time OP may have bought it. GLWS anyway, if this sells for 30K, I am going to buy all AM4 boards on amazon, and sell them in 4 years. Better returns than any Mutual Funds!
