CPU/Mobo ASUS A88XM-A confusion -Pls help

Upgrading to Amd ASUS A88XM-A motherboard for USB 3.0,HDMI out and S/PDIF out. My question is whether AMD FM2 series APU A4 6300 support this motherboard? Thanks

You can use any FM2 cpu on a FM2+ motherboard but you can't use FM2+ cpu on a FM2 motherboard.
