CPU/Mobo Asus Crosshair Formula V - Windows 10 Issue

Hi,
I am having a peculiar issue, on this board, i keep getting the beep that happens when a device is found. I narrowed it down to Network. When i disable network , i dont get any such beep. I tried to install USB to LAN adapter, and the beep keeps coming back.
Any one else face same issues.?
 
See if any power saving settings to be disabled for networking/LAN/ethernet/wifi in the BIOS itself , also if you customise power-saving options for networking in Win10 to disable it?
