If I am not satisfied with the RMA process of ASUS, can I ask for a refund. Have anyone done that before?

sorry problem is not with RMA, something to do with HDMI surges in my home... will figure it out. may be will post a separate thread

It's ASUS India not EVGA global.
nope you can't ask for a refund.
