Netgear DG-834G Adsl 2+ modem cum wifi just bought 2 days ago for 2900 from smc nehru place delhi its nice working perfect fine and i very happy with range lol my friend can also use my net for free thoug he stay 5 house away from me i have given him password lol hehe

Which model (lappy)? That's quite a good range ( for both devices). My D-link DSL-G604T hardly transmits across two walls!
