PC Peripherals Authentic APC battery (Lucknow)

Hello

I have a SUA1000XLI APC UPS. In the past the battery i have bought from the local vendor hasn't performed well. Wont be surprised if they are simply recycling batteries.

Is there any authenticity check for APC battery to make sure they are not counterfeit?

You have to go to the nearest APC Service Center to get your present battery verified and get a new one if you need.OK.

From my experience never ask apc to replace battery, they will cut your wallet .
buy battery from authorised exide shop and replace by yourself. If battery is faulty, fail within 2year exide will replace it.
