Auto bump feature in classifieds?

Say you have 3 threads, per the forum rules you're allowed only 1 bump every 48 hours across all threads.
How does the auto bump feature decide which post needs to be bumped?
You could say let's do one every 48 hours, such that in 6 days, all 3 would be bumped once.
But what if I don't care about the last sale thread anymore and instead want to focus myself solely on thread 1 and 2?
This was one con I could think of.
Pro is that you don't need to remember to open the forum exactly every 48 hours. The system does it automatically for you.
