Hi Mods/Admins,

My younger brother won a tournament and he was promised that he will get a logitech gaming mouse from you. He has not received it yet. His name is Vikram.

I am concerned about this issue because he wanted Razer DeathAdder mouse instead of the Logitech one and I bought it for him and agreed to take his Logitech mouse for my use. Now he is OK since he got the mouse he wanted and I am the one that will get the mouse.

Saiyan replied to him that he has co-ordinated with ITDepot but there is some mis-link somewhere. The mouse has not arrived @ our home yet :@

Please give a resolution soon! :(

Saiyan is on vacation and will be back on Tuesday, he said he will adress this on his return. ITDepot shipped it to the wrong address and we are having problems getting it back.

At worst case we will get another mouse at our cost and send it to you so don't worry about not getting it :)
