Axis bank's customer service is lousy like any government run bank. Everything is fine when the services run smoothly. Once the service fails then you have to leave it ot the God to rectify it. I am telling this out of first hand experience.
^True... in my 8 yrs experience with them i had to contact only one time and i literally failed tafter two weeks of trying to explain the problem to thier CC finally had to go through RBI ombudsman for resolving... such a waste team
