A: any of the brand, as long as it is reliable

A: Required atleast a 5MP camera. Flash.
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Android
8. Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: 4G, bands 700 and 2100
9. What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: internet (whatsapp, email, browsing), games, camera in that order
10. Any other requirements?
A: Should last a whole day with almost 3 hours screen on time and 1 hour of calls
11. If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: I am confused. lenovo P780 is too bulky i feel, lenovo p770 is dual core. nexus 4 is a looker but may not have such battery life. How is lenovo with upates? can we expect kit kat from them?

Lenovo Phones run on mediatek platform. The lastest version on any mediatek device is 4.2.2. But if you ask me I would rather choose the Lenovo at 18K than increasing my budget by 3k and getting a nexus 4(horrible battery life and same on nexus 5).

those who bought the indian p780 in last two months are reporting issues with call clarity, screen flicker and missing push messages. lenovo didn't have any solution for these until a week back. find out the latest updates for p780 before finalizing it.
