Bart's PE Builder creates Preinstalation Environment disks in which you can run Windows XP or Server 2003 environments straight from a CD. (Much like Linux Knoppix or Linux PHLAK).
The good thing about Bart's PE Builder is that you can run plugins also. Some plugins include Firefox, several anti-virus tools, networking and e-mail tools, and much more. I learned about this product from a friend who works at Best Buy. He said that this tool is basically the Best Buy Geek Squad's main tool when it comes to computer repair.
