Basic Dual SIM, 3G Phone Advice

I need advice to purchase one of the shorlisted phone.

Requirements: Dual SIM, 3G (for using with PC as modem), Email, Good Telephony Quality & Signal reception. No Android.
Budget: Max Rs. 4500

Shortlisted:

1. Videocon VG 1515

I won't suggest to buy any of the above phones as their battery will dies in few hours. Search something with good battery life...but sadly I am also in the same boat but can't find any phones with 3G in the budget of 4.5 K not even good android phones...

What's the price? Seen previously @ 4.3k i think but can't remember where. Just now i've seen it and was listed at RS5.5k@homeshop18.com. Didn't search for the best buy.

This phone has 650 MHz Processor, which seems quite slow.

In the price of 4K Airtyme got 650mhz processor, 512 MB RAM, dual camera, dual sim, 3.5 " screen, wi-fi, 3G, GPS, Android etc. Seems more than enough.

I have just inquired from Co. and they say that this phone has no internal memory and has 256 mb ROM.

Flipkart has mentioned wrong specs. This one got 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM.
I have written them to correct the specs.

Yes. It can be used to experience android who didn't use yet. But they should not blame the OS if they try to do lots of work on it and fail. 256MB RAM and 650mz processor can't create miracles.
