Basic Dual Sim Required, No Frills/ Low budget

Hey Hi back again here for some advice from you folks.

I was looking for a Dual Sim (Active/standby). Only criteria is that it should send & receive messages.

No other features are required.

Lowest budget phone preferred, but something a lil' reliable though

Get a Nokia 101- it is a dual SIM with long batt life and texters delight.
