Guide to buy a good Monitor
===================

Points to keep in mind before buying one.

1) Refresh Rate of the Monitor
75hertz is fine

2)Video Resolution
4k for future proofing as it make no sense to buy a 1080p only
monitor

3)Type of Panel
IPS

4) Input Lag
4ms is enough

5)Warranty and Service Center
Check for these very important

You do realise that the cheapest monitor in 4k
costs atleast 32k from brands like Lg and samsung and you would need atleast 1 gtx 1080 to get decent performance on it.
Most people in gaming community don't actually have that budget.
I think you mean skipping on those 1440p monitors since they have a price tag closer to 4k.
Otherwise the 1080p is still a fine resolution for gaming and general purposes, though a 120hz-144hz monitor is definitely recommended for competitive gaming if you are willing to extend the budget.

Thanks @savrom just helping out.
PS @Arvindh Arvin , not sure but I think I saw that model in Chroma store and it definitely has good contrast and vivid colours.
But I don't have any experience with the after sales service from Benq.
Also the model mentioned by @bssunilreddy will be good if you amd gpu, you will get the benfit of FreeSync from AMD
