Bentley Engineering Software Tutorial

I want to learn Bentley's Engineering Software, MX Road and Microstation V8 2004 edtition. Does anybody of you use them? Can you point out good links to tutorials for learning them.

Actually I need it to do my project, and just have about an hour to learn the basics!
