I would strongly recommend to up your budget till 15k or get a used phone around here.
Even if you get 1000mp phone in 11k only you can imagine the quality of its camera..

Else better save for now and buy a sub 15k phone.

You cannot have a good camera phone at that budget. Even if you increase it up to 20k you still can't. Companies know that users are unknowledgeable nowadays and they are just adding useless extra cameras and megapixel count but basic things like OIS is missing from most camera phones, even those which are being sold above 20k range. Ridiculous and unbelievable.

You need to increase budget to 20k/25k minimum and buy a used phone (like S10 etc.).

Whatever phone you're buying, I'd recommend installing GCam. I installed it on my Moto G5S Plus and it made a world of difference. I wouldn't say its that great but relatively speaking, the difference was night and day. Good luck with your purchase! :)
