Why not go for the original xperia arc itself.. Priced about 22k and from the reviews there's not much difference with the S version.. CPU does not seem to make much of a difference in day to day use.. I was planning to get Xperia Arc before going for LG O2X as it was selling for about 29k at that time (5-6 months back)..

another difference is the Internal memory Arc S has 1GB where Arc has only 320MB
