Less than 10K Best GPS+Android Phone

Require a GPS+ Android phone for a marketing team , the model i have in mind is Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 , Only issue is of battery,

1.any other good phones which will be in the 5k range with more mAh battery ?
2.Hows the performance of indian brands like karbonn,micromax, maxx etc
3.Any good deals online if go for this bulk purchase?( i require 5 phones)

You can consider the Huawei Y210 D ~ 4.9k from saholic / 5k from HS18.

Has a 3.5" HVGA screen and a relatively large 1700mAh battery for that budget range.

Android 2.3 GB, dual SIM and supports A-GPS.

How is the GPS locking on low priced phones?
I have been using Nokias till now. Previously my 5800 had really crap GPS.
But my N8 now is seriously good.

Nokia phones have free static maps for their GPS enabled phones. IMO thats very useful as data connectivity is not required and many places in India there is no data network.
