Graphic Cards Best GPU for a 19" monitor

My present config is e6750 @ 3.0 , corsair tx650w , 2 GB ram , gigabyte EG31 - ES2L mobo and 9600 GT
which card is ultimate for a 19" monitor?.....

wats the resolution?

upto 1680*1050 HD 4870 512 GDDR5 for 9k is the best deal.

not a 9600GT. Get HD4850 or HD4770 (both are at same price, around 7k)
