The Lumia comes with 5 MP front cam & 6.7 MP rear cam with LED flash.
The Xperia C3 comes with 5MP front cam with LED flash & 8 MP rear cam with LED flash.

Any if you can use a timer with the rear camera.

I think the concept of a selfie phone is bogus. You are asking a ~30mm lens to do a portrait at arms length.

Who takes portraits like that ? nobody.

Ask a friend to do one at 3-4 the length of your arm and then crop. Now your 30mm looks like 70mm. This is the starting focal length to do portraits.

The hardest part is what you decide to put in/ leave out.
