Best SD/MMC cards out there

Now the purpose of this is dual. I will be needing three SD and/or MMC cards soon. 2 for my digicam and a large one for the spv m5000 bought from viking a.k.a vicky...

I'm looking at -

1. Fast speeds for all 3 cards. Don't want them to slow down things, as will probably swap between camera and PDA too.
2. Which is ultimately better SD or MMC? Any MMC pro options? Dunno much about the technologies at work here, any tips will be appreciated.
3. 2 x 512 MB cards (both for the camera)
4. Cannot decide whether to install a 2 or a 4 GB in the M5000. Prices of both sizes may help me decide ;)

Finally give me brand options, with prices

ok..no idea abt the pricing so sorry about that...going for SD or MMC is basically your choice, as which would suit your device...GO for atleast 2GB card no matter what
as for brands...Kingston or Sandisk should be priority... :)
 
Thanks guys. Seems like Kingston is a good deal. Will look it up. looking at one 1 gig and 1 512 meg, in case of emergencies 'in the field'...
