Basically I switch between iPhone 13 and oneplus as my primary device every few months. I need a smartwatch with as many features as possible which works well in this price range which is compatible with both. Samsung was a good option but doesnt work with iphone at all. So your recommendations experts?

I'm in the same boat. I have Samsung Watch 4.
If you want just compatibility and features there are many. But if you want accuracy then there's none for that price that can tackle both android and ios.
Earlier there was Samsung Watch Active 2, which is almost similar to Watch 4 except for OS and minor differences with accuracy; it works well with ios and android. Not sure if it is still being sold.
