Best Tab with 3G GSM calling,bluetooth feature

I am looking for either a 7 or 10 inch chinese tab with 3g sim capability and bluetooth.

would prefer A10 allwinner and IPS panel.

I would like to purchase online from either dhgate or meebing etc.

Budget $250

can you guys please suggest popular brands something based on your experience.

There is no such tablet with sim support from Chinese brand. But you can always use 3G dongle to surf internet.
 
Okay I have narrowed down my choices ,between Ainol Nova Aurora and Onda Vi40 which is the safe bet in terms of reliability.

Can the blackberry playbook 16gb converted to a true android tablet, are there any issues going that route.
