Best Wireless ADSL2+ router ?

hello everyone ,

i have MTNL triband connection with D Link 502 T modem i plan to replace it with a wireless ADSL2 + router so that i can use my laptop too. Can anyone please suggest what is the best option for the same? the size of my appartment is 1200 sq feet.

Hi,

You can buy Edimax 300Mbps ADSL2/2+ router (AR-7265WnA).
Additionally, if you wants to keep you ADSL modem, you can add any wireless broadband router in existing setup. Broadband router model are as follow...

BR-6324nL - 150Mbps
BR-6524n - 300Mbps
BR-6204WLg - 54 Mbps

Further, Wi-Fi coverage depends on many factor such as environmental, noise level and obstacles. i would suggest you to go with 300Mbps router and later if you find any dead spot around, you can add on one more access point (EW-7206APG) as range extender.

I think you can opt for the linksys wag120n. But it is expensive. If you want a g based, then wag54g. I dont know about the performance of these and havent used them either. But i know that linksys is a good company.
