The above Company markets Mobile accessories on the net. The following is our experience and we share it to warn and protect others:

If your love your Time, Money and want to save yourself of Harassment, abuse and pain, then never ever buy anything from http://www.snoogg.com/ or its affiliates even for free.
We bought some mobile covers about 6 months ago. They arrived on time, but the product did not fit the phone for which it was supposed to be. We called them to take back and refund. They promised and after tens and tens of calls the consignment was collected back Two months later on 16-Aug-2014.
But the refund was nowhere in sight. The harassment continued, we made innumerable no of calls to them. We got several mail confirmations of refund being made at a future date apart from telephonic assurances. Nothing materialized.
Later they started saying that the return of products is yet to be done by us. After extensive search, we could locate the receipt of return. (They are supposed to maintain their house and books in order rather than the customer) When confronted with this fact, they again agreed to refund. Now multiple promises later, the refund is still not made.
If you call http://www.snoogg.com/ office, the customer is never put to any responsible person. The receiver at customer service desk, is impolite, abusive and cares least for the customers who pay their hard earned money. If asked to speak to Management or senior executives, the customer is insulted.
So much for a Company whose products are marketed through most e-tailers.
If there are companies like http://www.snoogg.com/, then the future of e-tailing is bleak in India. People will fear and stop buying, using the Internet. Even if sold at heavy discount such experiences will deter one to buy at any price.
This is the worst ever experience we've had of buying a product through Internet. If you have to pay more, then please pay more and buy from Brick and Mortar store than products of companies like http://www.snoogg.com/. They are a blot to all genuine and honest sellers.
And can you believe the amount involved - Certainly not in Crores, lakhs or tens of thousands, Just Rs. 1695.75. We've spent several tens of times of that amount being after them for refund, in terms of Time, Money and efforts. Now we are posting and complaining through different social media. The idea is just that more people are not cheated and snoogg gets richer.
It appears that the bottom line of such companies depends on acts of selling sub standard products and then retaining the money. After multiple attempts one will be tired and leave the money with the vendor. we could have done that too. It is certainly not worth for such paltry sums. But it is the Silence of such people which encourages snoogg & its likes to go on unchecked.
http://www.amazon.in, http://www.flipkart.com, & http://www.snapdeal.com & others - beware of such suppliers. Or you will be affected.
