Hi i had purchased AMD x4 620 etc from Jaspinder

The coolermaster came in damaged condition. I gave him option of refunding a part amount of the same and i send back the coolermaster TX2, or take back the whole package. He closed the thread and asking for ITrader reps, i cannot post in the thread, hence i am posting it here.
He is not respoding to my phone calls. Nor has he responded to my pvt messages despite being online. Here are the pics of the stuff recd by me


 
whats that chetansha i have even give u better option that i will replace it with tx-3 or will give u 1k back also i reply each and every pm u sent to me even call u back on getting 2 miss calls frm ur side ..i dont think why u made this thread....
 
You know,people really get franatic because people are getting cheated right,left and center. May be thats why.

Anyways it is really difficult to answer all the cell calls these days.And i dont think people call back unknown missed numbers.

Still the real deal breaker is when PM are send and we can check that the concerned person was online yet conveniently avoided the PMs

You sent me pm only after this thread was made. It wasnt missed calls, i let the ring go thru completely, and later u said ur phone was on charging.
 
your name is "bhullar boys" and as the op says on top you didnt take any action till you thought you couldnt get away with it. IMO such a user is still liable to cheat someone and should be banned or should have negative itrader feedback so that a future person has a choice.

This is not a personal attack , anyone attempting something like this or is late in rectifying his own deal deserves this.
 
UPDATE :
On the thread he has mentioned the proccy is having 2 years and 9 mnts warranty, when i asked him for bill , he has never given a reply to that query. Now after repeatedly asking him he is now stating that the proccy was purchased by him in Jan 2010, where as the proccy box has date July 2009 from Rasi Peripherals. I have been very patient with him , accepting all his lame excuses ( no.1 cant deposit cash in HDFC account as they Dont accept cash, No.2 i dont know what is NEFT and i dont know how to go about it etc etc.,) I have told him to refund my money, for which he is not giving any response.
Dear bhullar boys, it s not matter of 5500/- ( its just cost of 2 bottles of Scotch liqour for me), its the question of ethics.
I am contemplating to report his to the Indian cyber crime department, with his phone number and bank account details.

ok , tell me how much does he owe you and has he agreed to return ur money or not and wat abt the things that u purchased from him , have u couriered it back to him or not , i want to know some more details
 
well i want him to come clean. How old is the CPU exactly. Provide the bill copy. Paid him 5500 for cpu and tx-2., the tx-2 came damaged, so i asked him refund for tx-2, he agreed to give 1k, then later messaged me and told he will send tx-3 instead. I agreed after he posted pics.
I saw on the box of the CPU the date is July 2009., hence i feel the proccy is nearly an year old and not 3 mnths old as claimed by him, later he confess its been purchase by him in Jan 2010. Which i feel is a lie too.
Hence i requestd him to cancel the deal and refund my money and i send back his cpu and stock HSF

Just called him now and he has agreed to refund the amount =)) wonder how i am going to explain to him how to do it
