Grounds
The 5 acres are planted in native alder, maple, and Douglas fir, kept as natural in appearance as possible. Most walkways are covered with slate. Concrete retaining walls are faced with sandstone and granite.

Family wing
The Gates family's 11,500-square-foot inner sanctum is surprisingly modest, with four bedrooms and quarters for a nanny. A four-car garage is attached. The lower levels include a techno-playland family room and an exercise facility that is better appointed than many health clubs.

Guest wing
The southern half of the main building, this wing contains the main entrance (with grand staircase), theater, library, formal dining room, reception hall, and conference facilities. It includes only two bedrooms.

There is a supplement with the latest issue of "India Today". The cover has Adar Poonawalla in his Ferrari 360 Spyder.

The cover story is "the Shy Billionaires". It is all abt the Poonawalla family. read that article somehow. It is amazing...... in their house, the main hall is of 7000sq ft. and has a huge dome which is a replica pf the Sistine Chapel on the Vatican City whioch was painted by none other than Michaelangelo. Of course, he didn't paint the Poonawalla's house but still........

In another house, they have a private swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi, and all the other 'commom' stuff.....

They have their own private Citation Excel jet, a chopper, a fleet of 45 + cars including Ferraris, Rollers, Mercs, Lexus, Beemers, and all other cars we all have posters of............. They have one of the best Vintage car collections in the country. Second only to Vijay Mallya's but Mallya's is outside the country. He keeps them aborad.
