Not mining, but I do use RPi for other crypto-related tasks like sniping and arbitrage bots. The availability from genuine sites has been limited for a while. Have paid a few random sites (don't want to name any but all these guys list on Amazon) who show "in stock" only to have nothing ship for a month and then need to fight them for the refund.

Thanks for the inputs, which are irrelevant and OT, despite multiple requests to keep price discussion off the thread. As for your link, for that matter the 4GB RPi is listed on amazon.in for 16k as well, which is equally irrelevant. The price I listed is the price I paid.

Also I am willing to match price with any legit store, or even go lower if warranted, but:
a) price discussion should be on PM as a matter of common courtesy, and
b) understand that not all these stores shown on google will deliver even if the website shows stock.

Even as recently as 4:12 pm today one very popular website (which is highly regarded on TE) just refunded my RPi order after showing in stock and accepting payment. I can show you screenshot proofs on PM. And this has been the case with many websites which show stock. In fact I already have another existing unfulfilled order on the same website for the same product that you have linked me to. Again I can show you screenshot proofs that I had placed this order way before our conversation.

@napstersquest : Read the fine print in your own link, it says pre-order. That often turns out to be code for "we'll refund your payment in a few days or weeks".

I've been trying to put together a decent sized cluster of Pis for a while, so I have already put in orders in most of the stores you can find :) And despite showing as in-stock when ordering, I have had to follow up and yell at people for one month for a simple refund because it was not actually in stock when ordered. Again I can show screenshots.

I challenge you to show me a new RPi 4 B 4GB kit with heatsink, adapter, SD Card, fan, keyboard+mouse combo controller for ₹7000 available today.

Else @napstersquest @mk76 @iosoft @enthusiast29 go easy on the armchair googling and interacting on FS threads if there is no intention to buy. Genuine buyers are free to discuss price in PM, but what I am bringing to the table for TE members is immediate availability of an unavailable item, on this forum, in a negotiable format.
