CPU/Mobo Bottleneck? Overkill?

will Amd fx6300 bottleneck GTX 960ti or Radeon R9 370x?
Also Will GTX 960ti or Radeon R9 370x be overkill for 900p monitor?
Note: 900p will be upgraded to 1080p in 6 months after purchase of either GPU mentioned above.

It is a slight bottleneck. Not a severe one though. Most of the times that CPU should do fine. Maybe not very future proof but it should do fine for now.

Both those cards are (most likely going to be) decent 1080p cards so I wouldnt call them overkill for 900p. You might be able to bump up a few settings higher at 900p so the extra juice is worth it. Especially since you plan on upgrading the display anyway.
