Bought PC for 22K - Detailed configuration

Hi Friends,

Bought this PC config yesterday, 29 July 2010 from Maccann computers, Lamington road.

Monitor: LG W1943C = 6250Rs
CPU: Intel Pentium E6500 2.93 Ghz, 2 Core, 2 MB L2 cache = 4950Rs
Motherboard: Gigabyte S Series - GA-G41M-Combo, DDR2 and DDR3 Support = 3350Rs
RAM: 2GB Dynet = 1850Rs
HDD: WD 320GB = 1800Rs
Key/mouse: IBall Multimedia = 550Rs
Cabinet: XTech = 1150Rs
Speakers: Altech Lansing 2.1 BXR 1221 = 950Rs
DVD Writer: Samsung = 950Rs

Total : 21750 Rs

Can someone comment on the rates?

Rates for RAM, Motherboard, Hard Disk, Speakers, DvDwriter seem to be ok.

If you could have posted a thread before buying the system it would have been really helpful for you.

instead of getting wd hdd 320gb for 1800 you should have brought a 500gb seagate or wd one for around 2200

you should have brought intel core i3 just by increasing your budget by 800 or 1000

rest all is pricing good
