Nokia X2-02? The only thing missing is torch and price is ~3300 but the phone is great for senior citizens. Good build quality, great battery, good elevated keypad, big font contacts, loud speaker. Overall a robust phone.

Torch is Must as we don't know when -suddenly- street light or passage light or any other place need Torch in Emergency.
