BSNL Landline 2 Landline free calls?

Is there any scheme in bsnl that allows free landline to landline calls for a fixed amount paid per month?

Hmm.. Maybe Centrex could help you .. Its a good service .. You can make unlimited calls to a Closed User group ..

it says the number of users in a delegate as 2 what does that mean. both of them have to pay 50 bucks?
