BST 35 battery for my SE K310i?

Hi Guys,

I have 3 year old SE K310i and it works fine, except for the battery which gets drained in a day or less. Before this it would last for 3-4 days. Do you know what might be the problem or where I can find a genuine BST 35 battery?

u can get unbranded battery with the same specification for maybe 4 times lesser price.

got a unbranded battery for a nokia mobile once for 200rs whereas the original cost was rs 800
 
^^But dude genuine ones are good compared to unbranded one ..The amount will be covered on long run and guess wht u will have a worry free life

Are you sure about this? Sony World is quite far from my place and there is no mention of the battery on the SW Website.
 
Yea ull get it at any of the Sony Ericsson Experience stores. But mind u, their much more expensive at the SE stores as compared to other mobile stores.I got a new battery for my K750i for 1100rs from the SE store n sumtime later stumbled upon another mobile store selling the very same original battery for 450rs.....so its advisable to shop around a bit:)

I assume you must have got a genuine bill for the battery purchased from the showroom. Was the bill and packaging availabe for the cheaper one? I see "genuine" batteries on ebay.in, but they come without packaging. Ready to pay a higher price, but like to have a genuine, long-lasting battery.
