Depends on your budget? A budget of 10K probably not, a budget of 15-20k maybe, a budget of 20-30K is most definitely.
How many ports do you need? for around 15K you can get Zyxel 8 port 2.5G switch
even 10Gig switches are 30K+ used, that too you'll max get 8 ports that are SFP+ 10Gig while the rest are all 1 Gig. so it's not the right time to buy 2.5G or 10G unless you have deep pockets

Yes. When you have to spend 1000 for Gigabit, 15K for 2.5 Gigabit doesn't seem worth it to me. Thanks.

5 port Zyxel is 10K. If you want fast wired connection between 2-3 devices you're better off with 2.5g/10g NICs.
