CPU/Mobo Budget Overclockable LGA775 motherboard !

I have C2D E4500 processor lying around with me. I need to get a motherboard which is on budget and overclockable a bit for a spare system. So please suggest a good motherboard ( hopefully available in market from Asus or Gigabyte).
