Budget 10-15K Budget Strictly under 12k - Phone for househelp needed.

I need a basic Android smartphone for the househelp. It should last long (2-3years) and should be relatively durable. Android updates don't mean shit to him and he doesn't care about things like UI / Ads in launcher / privacy, etc. It should be bright, loud and shouldn't hang. That's all.

1. Budget?
A: 10k (Maximum 12k)

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: 6 inches plus.

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, etc).
A: Android 11 or 12

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 4G

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: No preference.

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: WhatsApp, YouTube, Calling, Camera

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Dual SIM Preferred

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: New

9. Any other requirements?
A: Battery backup should be good, and mobile should be durable (like back should not be made of glass)

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model

Xiaomi with Snapdragon Processor / 4GB RAM / 64GB ROM. Stick with LCD screen only (less fragile then Amoled)

i recently bought Motorola G31 for dad, i went with 6gb one which literally costed 12k. you can opt for 4gb one for less.

It's quite good for me, reasons being
1. has AMOLED display of 6inch
2. has clean UI with Stock Android Experience
3. Camera is average but okayy
4. RAM is plenty, is obvious for that price
5. has punch hole front camera on screen, looks sick
6. and finally the display again, it's vibrant. Displays matter to me and it's quite OP
