I would strongly recommend the upgrade in motherboard. It has debug leds. this will save you when you need to trouble shoot. If you spend like 1k more, you can get wifi and bluetooth.
Also strongly recommend you don't go for a local psu. There are cheap-ish but decent power supplies that wont kill your components.
ram, any 3200mhz kit is fine.
case, you can get anything that works.
ssd: you need something that has 500gb atleast. 250gb is way too low considering how much windows alone will eat up over time. SSDs slow down and die faster the more full they get.
