CPU/Mobo burner or media? which is at fault?

I recently got quite a few verification errors while burning dvds.
taking the moment to check whether the drive is at fault or its the media, i tested some different dvd media and here are the results.

please tell me whats the issue here? if anybody needs more screenshots of the other tabs i'll provide those too.
could it be nero which I use for burning stuff??
