Graphic Cards Buying Advice on AGP card for 6.5k?

ATI X700 pro 512, GF6600 256, 6600GT (may be slightly costlier), ATI X1300 pro, GF7300 512 all should be within the 6.5K or so mark, some should be less

personally the 7300 seems a good card, I've tested a couple, the X1300 was no slouch either...really speaking these are the later crop (2 mentioned here), and you should try to buy the latest or at least thereabouts IMO :D

Yup, try getting a used AGP 6600GT.

Is the best choice since AGP is on its way out too..

Not really... i think the 7300 is better than a 6600, of course I haven't run em parallelly... so I cannot comment.... I feel the X1300 pro, would also be a better deal.... the 6600 is rightfully where it belongs.. the annals of history... was I overdramatic...:bleh:

7300 in agp?
 
7300 is only PCIE vandy. And a 7300 is is only 64 bit(GS that is, the GT is still not available) and get is ass handed to it by a 6600 vanilla. What kinda crap are you posting. For AGP the best choice would be a used 6600 GT AGP. But if you want new look for a 6600 vanilla or X1300 PRO.

yeah vandy shoots off again.... dammit.... I thought he wanted PCIe... my excuse... design chicks came ta office yesterday :P
 
Ooof finally... some one else spotted it... I was bloody wondering what the hell he was talkin abt...thnx for the effort neway... well... btn the x1300pro and the 6600 nu theres obv not much of a choice to make... but like searching for the card is like searching for the holy grail(pun intended)... hehe... so I'm going back to the market again today... to forage through the other section. And satan if I dont get it today... then will definitely give u a call...

if ur coming to chandni.. try arihant infosys.. nice guy baught my a8ne frm him..

and to get it in agp might be hard but try it out... best of luck... remeber my cards always there :P...
