Buying my First tablet.. Help

I am looking for my first tablet. Will be using it mainly for browsing and occasional gaming. Prefer a very notebook like wholesome browsing experience, don't want to be restricted on that front.

Have brought it down to 3 options 1) Hp touchpad @17.5k , 2) Acer Iconia @27k and Ipad2 @29.5k

Am stuck at this point and need some help.

I liked the Ipad2 too. But the problem is flash support. I watch movies online in my laptop. I would like to do the same in my Tablet. But most of the movie links are in Flash. Some in divx, xvid etc.. Will ipad2 deliver in those scenarios ?

you have to jailbreak it for flash...
