PC Peripherals Cabinet for R9 270x

I am planning to buy a Sapphire R9 270x for my PC as my 4870 has gone kaput(screen appears with lines and white pixels). I have a CM Elite 210 cabinet so i guess it wont be able to accomdate that. Even my 4870 is kinda choked from sides and the power cable connected to it needed to be bent much.

Suggest me a cabinet. Please let me know the cheapest full tower available in market of some good brand like CM, NZXT or Corsair.
Secondly, in mid tower, can HAF912 accomode the GPU well specially horizontally.
