Calling all techies : Batch / Script Help

I had some problem with my LAN internet conenction software. It keeps logging me out in case of power failure and does not logs me in automatically. Hence results in wastage of internet time till i manually log in.

I had raise this topic earlier also but of now, the problems are more and idle internet downtimes are getting on my nerves....

Solution : I guess it would be nice if someone could help me write a batch file or a Script file which would kill the process and reexecute it after every half hour.... can this be done... please someone help.....!!!!!

i can upload the executable of it incase someone want to... i am a noob in this area, and can certainly not do this myself.
 
its a "cyberoam server" software from "elite core " group... its common in many places in mumbai for internet through local lan connection.
