For all those who own the Syncmaster 713N know for sure what superb lcd panel it is of its time. I remember buying mine for 14,000 buks but that was 3 years back.
No issues with the lcd panel my end , *touchwood* never ever given a problem. All this time I have been using the monitor on its default settings only...The monitor has 4 modes
a) Custom
b) Text
c) Internet
d) Entertainment
As per my wants all I would ever do is togle with these pre-set modes only. Text and Internet for night use and entertainment for day use and for entertainment multimedia usuage.
So what brings me here is to know the best settings for the panel. Not that I'm unhappy with the current modes , but then out of curiousity I would like to calibrate the panel and make it more refine....So pls help.....
With all honestly, I havent even seen all the settings the monitor has to offer from the Menu option.....:ashamed: :ashamed: :ashamed:
The pre-set modes are as follows
Custom : Brightness : 28
Contrast : 80
Text : Brightness : 28
Contrast : 80
Internet : Brightness : 43
Contrast: 80
Entertainment : Brightness : 70
Contrast :80
Coarse : 1344
Fine : 67
Sharpness : 60
H-Position : 47
V-Position : 50
Transperancy : On
Display Time : 20sec
Color Tone : Normal
Color : Red :50
Green : 50
Blue : 50
Gamma : Mode 2
I'm guessing the contrast is way too higher on most of the settings.....
