camera in 20k

hi guys,
posting this as my friend needs a new camera..

doesnt matter if its DSLR or or normal digicam.
open to all brands..

this is what ive closed the options on..:S

panasonic fz35
sony WSC-WX1

i think the panasonic the the one to go for..
please give in your view..

but since this new camera from sony came few weeks back so wanted to confirm
