Need a camera suggestion for my office ,the regular P&S , no frills jus great image quality and maybe optical zoom? budget 10-11.5 K
will be buying from ebay thanks to the rakshabandhan offer

The only issues:(

Noticeable image noise, chromatic aberration issues towards the edges of the frame

I suggest u to go with it for its Big zoom, great image stabilisation, wide angle lens:)
 
im reconsidering the panasonic considering there is ample noise which is a no no in terms of quality , also i think id look for some good warranty since this would be handled by the office staff.

canon imo looks to be good considering the A2000 IS

If you really need manual settings, ok with slow flash recycles and don't mind changing batteries every now and then, go ahead with the SX110 IS.

If you need an easy to use, stylish & more compact P&S cam with a Li-on battery, consider the TZ11.

(You can always limit the ISO setting to control noise)

The SX110 IS does offer marginally better IQ compared to the TZ11, esp. in low-light.

Both the TZ11 & TZ15 have been replaced with newer models that are pricier.

My Suggestion:

Since you need a no-frills P&S for use in a closed environment(office), forget the 10X optical zoom & manual mode !

Get the Canon A1100 IS !
