CPU/Mobo Can 1.35V Ram run at 1.5V?

This came out of this discussion happening here

The OP there is upgrading his laptop and looking at upgrading the RAM too. From the screenshots he provided, he seems to be running DDR3 12800 RAM at 1.5V. Most of the options available now are 1.35V RAM - are these compatible with 1.5V operation?
